Duplicate an existing form

Rather than starting with a blank form, you can quickly create a new form by duplicating an existing form that contains most of the fields you require. You can then remove or change parts of the form using the Form Builder.

To duplicate a form:

  1. From the Dashboard menu, click Forms.
  2. Next to the form name, click Actions.
  3. Click Duplicate Form.
  4. Enter the new form name.
  5. Click Create Form.
  6. You can now edit the new form by clicking Actions > Edit.
