Where is the form data stored?

Can we integrate with our own system?
While our standard service caters to the needs of most people, we recognise every organisation has different needs. We regularly develop custom integrations, features, or solutions for our clients who have specific form-related needs. We can assist with connecting your form data with your own CRM, data management system or any other system. We also have an API if you wish to develop your own integration.
Does Snapforms support Single-Sign-On?
Snapforms can support single-sign-on with SAML 2.0 or OAuth identity providers, to allow users log-in to Snapforms as administrators or to restrict forms for access only from submitters in your organisation.
Can Snapforms support high volumes of traffic?
With hundreds of thousands of users accessing our services each week, organisations of all sizes count on Snapforms to meet their needs. Our platform is designed to be both scalable and redundant in all areas, and is able to support extremely high amounts of concurrent traffic. If you are expecting high amounts of traffic please raise this with your account manager for discussion.
